Shipping & Delivery Policy

• You pay. The payment is captured through Razorpay.
• We email you for authorisation. We write to the email address you provided at checkout, asking you to confirm that the payment was authorised — that is, that you intended to place this order.
• You reply to confirm. A short reply is all we need.
• We dispatch. Your digital license key, a step-by-step redemption guide, and a direct link to the vendor’s activation portal are sent to the same email address.

Until step 3, no key has been issued, and your order can be cancelled at any time by simply not replying or by asking us to cancel.

After your confirmation, the delivery email from support@zyphraguard.com contains:

• Your unique digital license key for the product you purchased.
• A step-by-step guide to redeem the key and download the software.
• A direct link to the software vendor's activation portal.
• Your order ID and a receipt for your records.

The key is supplied directly by the major brand provider and functions exactly as the brand releases it. ZyphraGuard does not generate or modify keys.

Confirmation email: sent within minutes of successful payment.

From your confirmation reply to dispatch: typically within a few hours, and in all cases within 24 hours of receiving your reply.

If you take your time replying to the confirmation email, the order waits for you — keys are not dispatched until we hear from you.

If we do not receive your confirmation reply, no key is dispatched. We follow up once. If there is still no response, the order is cancelled and your full payment is returned through Razorpay. See our Sales & Refund Policy.

If the key fails on the vendor’s activation portal, email support@zyphraguard.com with a clear screenshot of the error. We escalate the issue to the brand provider, who issues a replacement key directly. If the brand provider cannot supply a working replacement, you are entitled to a full refund under our Sales & Refund Policy.

• Check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders. Emails from a new sender sometimes land there on the first message.
• Confirm the email address you entered at checkout is spelled correctly.
• Add support@zyphraguard.com to your contacts so future emails arrive in your inbox.
• If you cannot find either the confirmation email or, later, the delivery email within 24 hours of the relevant step, write to support@zyphraguard.com with your order ID. We will resend, or refund you in full under the Sales & Refund Policy if delivery cannot be completed.

Make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct and is one you can access. We cannot redirect a key to a different address without first verifying that you control the original address used at checkout. This protects you against someone else requesting your key be sent to them.

ZyphraGuard does not ship any physical goods. We do not send CDs, USB drives, printed activation cards, or branded boxes. Product images on our website depict the software vendor’s branded packaging for identification only — what you receive is a digital license key, delivered by email.

Because delivery is by email, our products are available worldwide. However, the software you redeem may be restricted to certain regions by the vendor. Please review the vendor’s region availability before purchase.
