ZyphraGuard is an online retailer and affiliate partner for digital security software. You can reach us at support@zyphraguard.com. The ZyphraGuard service and website are operated by Pilix Technologies Pvt Ltd, registered in India at Agartala, Tripura — 799001. In these terms, “ZyphraGuard”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the ZyphraGuard service; “you” refers to the person using the site or placing the order.

We list digital license keys for third-party security software, including antivirus, VPN, and identity-protection products. For some products we operate as a retailer, dispatching the key to you after you authorise the order. For other products we operate as an affiliate partner of the brand, where the brand fulfils the order directly. In every case, the key itself is issued by the original software vendor and functions exactly as the vendor supplies it.

The software is governed by the vendor’s End User License Agreement (EULA). By redeeming a key obtained through us you accept the vendor’s EULA, which you should read on the vendor’s activation portal.

Vendor names, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners and are used on this site for identification only. ZyphraGuard is not the publisher of any vendor’s software and does not act as the agent or employee of any vendor.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are entitled to use the payment method, and that you are not on any sanctions or denied-parties list.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include the applicable ZyphraGuard service margin. Your billing currency may differ; any conversion is performed by Razorpay or by your card issuer at their prevailing rate, and we have no control over their conversion rates or fees.

We may change prices at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders that have already been paid for.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By placing an order you agree to Razorpay’s terms. We never see your card number, CVV, UPI ID, bank credentials, or one-time passwords — those are handled exclusively by Razorpay. We only receive confirmation that your payment succeeded, along with the order and payment identifiers needed to fulfil and support your order.

After your payment is captured, we email you at the address you provided at checkout asking you to confirm that the payment was authorised — that is, that you intended to place this order. The digital license key is dispatched only after we receive your confirmation reply. If we do not receive your confirmation, the order is cancelled and your payment is returned in full through Razorpay. Full delivery flow is in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

After you confirm the order by email, we dispatch the digital license key to the same address, together with a step-by-step redemption guide and a direct link to the vendor’s activation portal. Dispatch is typically within a few hours of your confirmation, and in all cases within 24 hours. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Refunds are governed by our Sales & Refund Policy. In short: a full refund is available if we fail to deliver a working key, and all refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercialise license keys purchased from us.
• Use the site to send spam, scrape content at scale, or attempt to disrupt our service.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts.
• Use the site for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of India or your own jurisdiction.

The ZyphraGuard name, logo, website copy, layout, and code are our property and may not be copied, modified, or republished without our written permission. Vendor names and product names belong to their respective owners.

ZyphraGuard’s total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, or for issues caused by the vendor’s software itself — those are governed by the vendor’s EULA and support terms.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of India.

You agree to indemnify and hold ZyphraGuard harmless against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your breach of the software vendor’s EULA.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agartala, Tripura, India.
